Subscription & Pricing

To install Izicap on your payment terminal, simply contact our hotline via this form. Whatever your activity, they will guide you towards the offer that is best suited to you.

Absolutely. If you would like more information about our Izicap Pro offer and the Izicap pack pro offer, which includes a latest-generation payment terminal, please consult our pricing page.

To cancel your offer, please contact our Customer Services department by telephone on +33970736036 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, or by email at support@izicap.com.

You have the right to change your mind. You have a 14-day cooling-off period after signing the contract. To do so, please contact Customer Services, available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm on 09 70 73 60 36.

Connection & Integration

Once you have downloaded the application, you can start using it straight away. After downloading, an email containing a link to your account will be sent to you. We will then schedule a demonstration session to familiarize you with using Izicap.

The Izicap application is compatible with credit card, Visa and Mastercard payments.

You can keep your current equipment and your electronic payment contract. Our solution is compatible with the majority of payment terminals on the market. Moreover, Izicap is available as a pack including the Izicap solution and the latest-generation PAX A920 Pro payment terminal. If you have any questions, please contact us.

The Izicap application is fully operational both in the French overseas departments and regions and in mainland France.

To personalize or generate a new password, go to your merchant portal, For a forgotten password: on the authentication page for the secure customer area, select “forgot password”, then “send password”. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. For security reasons, we recommend that you personalize your password the first time you log on.

The Izicap dashboard can be accessed from a smartphone or tablet using the same link as on a computer.

Yes, to register foreign numbers all you have to do is change the default mobile prefix “06” on your payment terminal.

Absolutely. In this case, a member may be asked to register again, and this new registration will be automatically linked to their existing account.

Merchants benefiting from the Izicap Pro or Pack Pro offer will receive a poster by email to print and display in their shop. We also recommend sharing a message about the new loyalty program on social networks. However, the most effective way remains to inform customers directly about the program when they visit the point of sale.

Once you have logged in to your account, you can launch campaigns from the “Campaigns” tab. You can target all or part of your customer base in just a few clicks. We can also take care of sending the messages for you.
